Scholarships
At Rip City Hoops, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to play, grow, and experience the joy of basketball, regardless of financial circumstance. We never want cost to be a barrier, which is why we offer scholarships to help ensure every young athlete has access to our programs. If you‘re interested in applying for a scholarship, please fill out the form below. Our team reviews every request with care, and we ask that you allow 2–4 weeks for a response as we process applications.
Jr. NBA
Jr. NBA Leagues
Rip City Hoops leagues are apart of a wider network of Jr. NBA leagues. These leagues are a partnership between the Portland Trail Blazers and existing youth basketball leagues throughout Portland and surrounding cities who are looking to provide an NBA experience to their young athletes. Jr. NBA Leagues are the official recreational basketball leagues of the NBA and WNBA for all youth ages 6-14.
The program is focused on elevating the youth basketball experience for young athletes and allowing them to develop fundamental basketball skills in an environment that is positive, inclusive, and fun! Jr. NBA Leagues encompass the core values of the game: teamwork, respect, determination, and community!

Rip City Kids Club
